Welcome to Surf Guide Algarve. Before you proceed with using our website and services, we kindly request that you carefully read and fully understand the following Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of our site and the services we offer.

1. Website Usage:
– By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Age Requirement:
– To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our site and services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual Property:
– All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs is owned by Surf Guide Algarve. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of our content without our prior written consent.

4. Booking & Reservations:
– To book a Session, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and any other required information. Do to the nature of the Surf Guide Algarve services we work together with different organisations. These organisations may use different formats around bookings. 

5. Cancellations & Refunds
– Bookings made more then 3 weeks ahead by new clients are asked to pay one session upfront. This will be 100% refunded in case cancelled before 48 hours. Do to the nature of the Surf Guide Algarve services we work together with different organisations. These organisations may use different formats around cancellations and refunds. 

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk:
– Surf Guide Algarve will take you to the spot where the waves are best for your surf level. The guiding includes a explanation about the beach and surroundings. While performing this service the clients *up to 3 persons, are covered by a third party liability insurance covered by Surf Guide Algarve. 
Please note that surfing is not included in the activity of the guiding. All surfing activities are done at your own risk and Surf Guide Algarve can not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your participations associated with surfing
