The perfect session with Surf Guide Algarve at Praia Castelejo
Although the Algarve offers waves almost every day of the year, all year round. Its rare a whole session is perfect. Usually the tide will come up or drop, wind will start or shift or more people show up. Today is different. From start to finish the session is so perfect it is almost hard to believe. Best waves and best company
Good waves are even better when shared with the right crew. In essence today we have the dream crew. VIP guests who know the spot and also know how special this morning really is. Offshore wind, sun peeking over the cliffs, and just non-stop perfect waves. So perfect we starting to loose sense. Another set is approaching and I call to my buddy, ‘You go right ill go left!‘ I start stroking and drop right, leaving him ultra confused in the back of the lineup. Apparently I just mixed up left and right… Cause I meant the complete opposite and we could have ended up in a real crash. By the time I paddle back I see him already catching the next one, what a morning.
