Sooner or later we all need a day off. To point out, Surf Guide Algarve follows the waves, wind and tides way more then the days of the week. For this reason we are pretty much always available to share a surf session. Occasionally there is no one on the schedule. But if the sun is shining and the waves are good, where else to go but to the beach? In contrast when we surf with guests, usually we go for a pretty short session when the family is on the beach. When you surf everyday it can be nice to just surf for an hour and wrap it up, *and keep the family happy. With this in mind I surf a lot more waves and I am super focussed for the time that I am surfing. Keep surfing
To repeat, I surf a lot of waves in a very short session. Just like a sprinter will run a lot faster on a 100 meter as he would on a 1000. Satisfied I arrive on the beach where my two ladies look at me super confused. ‘ARe you done already? If you want you can keep surfing, we having a great time.‘ Obviously its not just perfect in the water. Because the high cliffs of Beliche block the wind and the sun is shining it feels like summer. As long as they are having fun, I can catch a few more waves!
Friends with benefits
At this point in our lives these words have a little different meaning then lets say, a long time ago. Even so, it still fits. Our friend Wouter – aka – Mysurfshots swims out with his underwater camera. Unquestionably there are very people nice like this guy. In and out of the water, with or without camera. Surely the camera helps. In the hope of a little water-shot almost everyone seems to remember his name. A true friend with benefits.
