Only ones out
Every time the Surf Guide Algarve crew encounters an empty line-up is the same feeling of pure stoke. Obviously this is all a surfer dreams of. Empty waves, offshore wind, lefts- rights, the only thing that is missing is the sun. Quickly we get changed in our wetsuits. Friendly chocolate brown waves rolling in frequently and we surf our brains out.
After surf happiness
Whenever a morning surf goes like this there is not much more you can wish for. Usually we pick up some platic off the beach to thank mother ocean. Also I really get a joy out of catching a few good pictures for the anti-social media and this story. Finally there is one more thing that really is nice after a surf. Coffee. Our guest is on a mission so he skips this coffee but as I arrive back in Vila do Bispo there are in fact two friends waiting for me at the Zig Zag cafe. That is what I call after surf happiness.
