Do the right thing, Surf Guide Algarve going left on the West-Coast
Left, right, or even sometimes straight- it does not matter to us. Most of the sessions in the Algarve are on beach breaks where you will go both ways. Because of a pretty crazy swell angle the rights do not seem to do anything and we catch lefts all morning. The next day we surfing a left hand point break, to continue the backside practice. As been said many times before, winter is our favourite time of year and you can clearly see why. Enjoy the full story and pictures. March is a tricky time of the year. Surely there are waves. But the weather can be rough too. Most people book also with the idea to catch a bit of sunshine and this month you just can not be sure about that. Resulting in empty line-ups and more waves for the people that do come, or stay long… Surf Guide Algarve has a couple of VIP guests, surfers that most likely would be able to know where to go without our service. Yet the shared stoke and guarantee we are on the best spot makes them return time after time again. Extra good if we score some waves like this then.
