Scoring a VIP Longboard session with Surf Guide Algarve at Beliche
Around dinner time the phone lights up with a message from one of our VIP Surf Guide Algarve guests. ‘Aloha, do you really think we can find some waves with this windy forecast?‘ Obviously she has been gone for a little while. Opposite what most people think the forecast looks actually pretty promising. Today we choose small clean waves over bigger windy conditions. How do you become a VIP
With the highly custom and private set-up from Surf Guide Algarve we really treat every guest as good as possible. In the first place because you basically help supporting this dream life. But likely just as important is the fact that its just an incredible feeling to share the stoke with likeminded people like you. Occasionally you meet someone you really connect well with. By the time that person keeps coming back they kind of become extended family, or as we call them ‘VIP‘. Overall we go the extra mile for anyone who joins a session, but maybe we do one step extra for this crew.
Perfect surf and no one out
To sum up this session, it has a real high feeling of ‘meant to be‘. During the session the waves go from small and fun to ‘really fun‘. Offshore wind, a blue ocean and most important, no one out. Surrounded by 35 meter high cliffs, perfectly sheltered from the wind. We swap surfboards, surf partywaves and probably come as close as you can to a perfect surf. Eventually the surf schools and other people start to make their way down the steep stairs of Beliche. Time for that well deserved after-surf coffee.
